Our Firm

The firm was founded in 1991 by attorney Samantha Chechele. Samantha has a diversified accounting, tax and legal background. She graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 1988, and became a Florida licensed attorney that same year. She became licensed in the State of Michigan in 2008.

Samantha’s background includes several years as a tax specialist for KPMG Peat Marwick, one of the remaining “big 8” accounting firms. She went on to form the law firm in 1991, providing a unique blend of tax and legal services to a wide variety of clients.

We are a Florida licensed title agent, and can provide full-service closing services for all types of real estate transactions including residential, commercial, and mortgage refinance. Our underwriter is the Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, Florida's largest title insurance underwriter.

We consider ourselves a resource to our clients in every way.
